Dr. Hetrick's research work explores how employee and organizational outcomes are impacted by employee helping behavior, leader-follower relationships, deviant conduct, work design features, threats to status, and work-family conflict.

Dr. Hetrick's industry work has specialized in developing effective and legally-defensible selection and assessment systems for companies.
